Founded in 1960, Nantong Power Station Valve, Co., Ltd is a member enterprise of DunAn Holding Group, one of China Top 500 enterprises. The company is located in National Economic Development Zone, Rugao City, covering an area of 32515 ㎡. We became the first creator of whole forging stop valves for power station in 1975 and were designated as a professional manufacturer for power station valves by Ministry of Electric Power and Ministry of Machinery of China in 1979. The company is an enterprise specializing in researching and developing and manufacturing advanced high temperature and pressure valves, which are widely used in the industries of nuclear power, thermal power, petrochemical, iron and steel, and environment protection. Now, we are a council member of CGMA.
The company actively exploits cooperation with authorities at home and abroad, and has passed certificates of four systems of ISO9001/ISO14001/ OHSAS18001/GB/T 29490, and TS certificate of manufacturing license of special equipments for pressure piping components, CE. The company has a strong scientific research and technology strength as well as an independent technology R&D center; it has led and taken part in the formulation of many industrial standards, and obtained over 100 national patents; through deep cooperation with domestic well-known research institutions and colleges & universities, the company actively promote the development of new products and localization business of advanced foreign products and technologies. "Nantong valve"was elected by Energy bureau, NDRC as the R&D units of Ultra(ultra) supercritical thermal power units localization of key valves in 2010, and was awarded the title of "Major contribution unit of key valves localization" by the National Energy Bureau in 2012.
The company has internationally advanced equipments for psychochemistry, analysis, NDT, processing center and performance inspection and has forging equipments of valve die forgings with heavy caliber to ensure production and quality ability of valves with high parameters; the Ultra-supercritical valves produced by it have a remarkable performance on unit application.
Our company has gained a long term and stable cooperation with Shanghai Electric, Dongfang Electric, and major domestic boiler, turbine, pump factories as well as many major power groups; its users are all over hundreds of domestic thermal power units. Meanwhile, its products are exported to countries in Southeast Asia, Europe and America.
