山东杨嘉汽车制造有限公司成立于1997年，是国家工业和信息化部公告管理企业。公司位于驰名中外的《水浒传》故里——水泊梁山脚下，西依京九铁路，东靠济广高速，座落于“中国挂车（专用车）生产基地”——梁山县拳铺工业园区。
  公司占地面积32万㎡，建筑面积9.5万㎡，注册资金5618万元，总资产3亿元，固定资产1.6亿元。现有员工630人，具有高、中级技术人员120人，拥有各类生产、检测设备300余台套和国内先进的生产线及现代化的生产工装设备。

Founded in 1997,Liangshan County Yangjia Trailer Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the National Ministry of Industry and Information announced management enterprise; it passed "3C" compulsory product quality certification and ISO9001 quality management system certification;  and won the title of brand-name products in Shandong province; it has own self-management import and export right.

Located in the famous "Water Margin" hometown -- Liangshan foot, Company western is Beijing Kowloon Railway, and east on Jinan-Guangdong high-speed, lied in the "China trailer special truck production base" -- Liangshan County Quanpu Town Industrial Park. It has 630 staffs, and covers area of 480 acres, with an annual output production capacity of 10,000 sets of special purpose truck, trailer.
