It incorporates the manufacture and installation business of two companies: Hebei Tgoing Chemical Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., which was set up in 1999; and Hebei Tgoing Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., which was set up in 1994 formerly with the name of Shijiazhuang Jianye Installation Engineering Co. and renamed in 2005.
