The company began its activity in 1992 with the manufacture of metal and plastic molds. Now, with 70 personnel and advanced machinery, as well as obtaining ISO9001-2000 certification in the design, manufacture and production of metal and plastic parts, it has also expanded its scope of work in design, consulting and training. Machine tools: CNC milling - Wirkat - Spark ZNC and flat stone and the rest of molding machines - Hydraulic and impulses presses from 8 to 100 tons - Cold welding ultrasonic polishing. Design and analysis: Using the software: CATIA-MECHANICAL DESKTOP - MOLD FLOW- SURFCAM - AUTO CAD. Capacity: Production is based on the pressing of a variety of metals of 2000 tons and the manufacture of all kinds of molds by machining of 50 tons per year.
