Shaoyang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded as State-Run Shaoyang No.2 Textile Machinery Factory in November, 1968. We are the wholly-owned subsidiary of CHTC Jove Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. of CHTC (a state-owned enterprise). At present, we are the domestic research and manufacturing base of China for acrylic/polyester equipment, and finishing equipment of printing and dyeing industry. At the same time, we are the key hi-tech enterprise of China Torch Program and a hi-tech enterprise of Hunan province.
Covering an area of 610,000sqm and possessing 170,00sqm of plants, we now mainly produce 2 types (Chemical fiber equipment and finishing equipment of printing and dyeing industry) and over 200 kinds of products, including Chemical fiber equipment (sets) for polyester, nylon, PP, acrylic fiber, carbon fiber, high strength high modulus PE, vinylon, acetate fiber and Non-woven fabric, etc.; stentering boarding machine, Airflow Dyeing machine, cone dyeing machine, drying machine of fabric, softening machine, pre-shrinkage machine, other dyeing and finishing machines, and semi-automatic/automatic Bobbin winders, etc.
There are national-level technical center in our company, which is consisted of professional design research institute, computer center, product labs, method experimental room, welding lab and electric lab; with the supports of independent Textile Architecture Design Institute and Industry Engineering Design Institute, we have the good abilities on the research and development of products, method experiments and related public facilities. We have established well-operated CAD, CAPP and ERP networks in our company. Taking these advantages of our company on these fields, we have become the developer and research of important technological projects and equipment of China. Up to now, several achievements have got the technical advancement awards from the government of province and ministries, and our several technologies have obtained the patents of China successfully. We own the design and installation licenses of pressure pipes; as a B-level designer of cotton mill, chemical fiber, printing & dyeing and wool mill projects, we are able to offer “TurnKey” service to customers in chemical fiber industry, and provide you with one-stop service from the production of products to public works. We are also a specialized manufacturer of dyeing and finishing equipment, and we are one of drafters of national standards of dyeing & printing apparatus.
