Since last two decades (1999-2018) we have accumulated rich experience and technical expertise in designing and manufacturing of technically perfected moulds.
Our core competency and expertise in reverse engineering using 3D Scanner & latest software while designing the moulds, and opting for high speed CNC for translating the perfected designs in to real time manufacturing , gives us an edge in terms of maintaining close tolerance mould components & fitment accuracy . Finally the latest spotting machine ensures the final fitment remains within specified design tolerance with much less involvement of manual operation .
