The company was equipped with the most high-tech facilities and machineries. At the present, Naderi food industry has founded and registered five manufacturing companies and distributing centers including (1) Naderianfard, (2) NeginNab, (3) NeginNaderi Industrial Group, (4) Shomal NeginNader Company, and (5) Naderi distributing company. Acquiring a considerable reputation among other Iranian food industries, the company extended the scope of its manufacture to 262 items such as different kinds of cookies, cakes, biscuits, wafers, chocolates, bulky grains, tea, and rice distributed throughout the country using a variety of packaging. All of the subsidiary companies have got the license to manufacture and use the products and obtained national and international standards such as ISO 9001-2009, ISO 22000, and HACCP certifications. They also export their products widely. In 2010 and 2016, Negin Naderi Industrial Group being known internationally, was selected as the best exporter of the country and Guilan province, respectively and promoted and appreciated by national and regional authorities. It is noteworthy that the main reason behind such activities is to use the material and spiritual potentials and abilities to develop cookie manufacturing industry, the origin of which is in the city of Lahijan, and to employ the individuals to achieve the government's goals. Today, above 800 educated workforce are employed in Naderis' companies and around 2500 individuals are gaining their livelihood working there
