It is located in the core area building “East Jiangsu on the Sea” in Jiangsu Province, neighboring the Yellow Sea in the east, facing the Yangtze River in the south. The company is in the scenic Yangtze River Delta plain where enjoys abundant natural resources and in the place where Rudong County People’s Government is located in. With a land area of 35,000 square meters and a construction area of 25,000 square meters, the factory is specialized in the production and sale of aluminum electrolytic capacitor shell. Currently, Lianyi has a number of loyal and professional personnel engaged in the technology R&D, lean management and sale of aluminum electrolytic capacitor shell over the years, more than 200 sets of equipment and testing instrument, and can conduct the deep drawing of aluminum shell with specifications ranging from ￠3 to￠18 and cold extrusion of aluminum shell with specifications ranging from￠8-￠35. The annual production capacity of the company reaches 24 billion pieces.
The predecessor of Rudong Lianyi Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is Zhangjiagang Lianyi Electronics Co., Ltd. founded in August 2006. Under the common efforts of all Lianyi people, the enterprise has been growing up constantly. In May 2009, Lianyi products passed the global purchasing affirmation of Japan Nippon Chemi-Con Corporation, which was exclusive in the same industry of China. Moreover, the company passed the certifications of ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems successfully in July the same year. Lianyi products are sold to over 100 customers at home and abroad: Aihua, Jianghai, Huawei Electronics, Lilong Electronics, Teapo Electronics, Thailand Jinshan, Samyoung Electronics, Chemi-Con, Nichicon, Sunshine Electronics, etc. According to the demand of market development, Lianyi adheres to serving high- and medium-end customers and been seeking perfection from material selection to manufacturing.
