On the basis of the predecessor of Guangzhou Jialishi Food Co.,Ltd. The product of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids is our core product,which is made by molecular distillation technology after reaction of hydrogenated oil containing C16 and C18 and glycerin ,its the mixture of the glycerin monostearate and glycerin monopalmitate.It is considered as one of nontoxic ,nonlimited added non-ionic surfactants. The product is widely used in food additives and works as important improver agent and emulsifier for making the quality products.It can be used as the foaming agent of the cakes,the plasticizer of candies and chocolates,the emulsion stabilizer of ice cream,the stabilizing thickener of drinks,the meat starch,the ameliorant of potato production,biscuits and spicy food,
