Pinghu Zhongzhou Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. has three production bases, covering over 60,000 square meters. Forging, roughing, finishing in one. In 2009, through technological transformation, invested 150 million yuan to purchase 10 CNC horizontal lathes, CNC double-column gantry 5-axis linkage milling machine 1, CNC floor-standing milling machine, CNC double-column gantry three-axis linkage milling machine and supporting bridge 6 cranes, 2 radial drilling machines. So far, about 30 large shafts have been finished. The steam turbine rotors of 300MW and 500MW were also processed by Harbin Industry Co., Ltd. with high technological content. The company has a complete set of testing instruments for biochemistry and machinery, as well as a strict and perfect ISO 9001 quality certification management system. Products have been applied by water conservancy, mining and heavy industry in many countries and are exported to France, Brazil, India, South Africa, Canada and other countries.
