Yixing Silver Mile Fluorescent Materials Co., Ltd, one of the backbones of China Rare Earth Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as CRE), wholly owned by CRE's full asset subsidiary in Hong Kong - Silver Mile Holdings Limited , is specialized in R&D ,manufacture and sales of rare earth fluorescent materials for lamps .
Formerly known as Wuxi Xinwei Fluorescent Materials Co., Ltd, we have over 15 years’ professional experience in this industry. In May, 2010, with the vision on fluorescent materials business development, together with OSRAM which is well-known in global lighting industry by its lighting product, Silver Mile Holdings Limited established a JV-OSRAM (China) Fluorescent Materials Co., Ltd. With advanced production process control technologies adapted from German and first-class production equipment imported from both home and abroad, the company has been continuously optimizing its operation strategies. With the purpose of further enhance and enlarge its market share and to strengthen the Group’s integrated competitiveness, Silver Mile Holdings Limited acquired the other 50.1\% share of the JV from OSRAM, becoming the owner of current Yixing Silver Mile Fluorescent Materials Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, OSRAM has also become our loyal strategic partner from previous shareholder.
