In recent years, the wide application of copper processed products has been greatly promoted, and the consumption of copper processed materials has been quickly increased, with the rapid development of economy and the obvious improvement of the living standards in China. In addition, a part of industry chains related to the consumption of copper products have been transferred to China, with the manufacturing industry of western developed countries transferred to China.
With the transfer of the manufacturing industry, China has become a world processing plant, and driven the re-layout of copper consumption regions. Besides the increase of a part of our own actual consumption, a large considerable number of China’s demands on copper come from vicarious consumption. Currently, the export volume and amount of air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens and other products made in China have leaped to the first place of the world. However, many of these mechanical and electrical products are copper consumed products. Under the impetus of foreign and domestic downstream industries, the production situation of China’s copper pipe industry looks wonderful continuously after 2010, particularly, copper pipes for air-conditioning refrigeration and precision copper pipes are widely applied to evaporators,

The project has reached the annual productivity of 60,000t precision copper alloy pipes in terms of production scale; brass condensed pipes, white brass condensed pipes and other copper alloy pipes are produced by taking standard cathode copper, nickel, zinc, aluminum, iron, manganese and other metal as raw materials through a “vertical semi-continuous casting – extrusion – rolling – stretching” process; in reference to the production status of similar factories at home and abroad, the comprehensive yield of our workshop is determined to be 91\% through calculation. All the adopted production processes and equipment adopt the most mature technologies and advanced equipment in China.

This project accords with the national industry policy, and belongs to the first class “Encouraged” project, “copper alloy material for heat-corrosion-resistant exchanger” in Transportation Article II.

The 60,000t/year precision copper and copper alloy pipe project was constructed and put into operation in 2013, with the investment of RMB 640 million including the bank loan of RMB 400 million and the self-fund-raising capital of RMB 240 million.

Through calculation, the 60,000t/year precision copper and copper alloy pipe project will acquire relatively obvious economic benefits after being constructed and put into operation, with the annual income of RMB 3,870 million and the profit and tax of RMB 307,532,800.

At present, the energy evaluation of the project has been completed, its safety evaluation and environmental evaluation procedure is in process, the technological processes have been completely mastered, and the infrastructural project is under active construction.
