(IEL) is an ISO 9001:2015 registered Limited Company that has been into the business of manufacturing Industrial Laminates for more than 20 years and has been setting standards in terms of innovation and consistency in the quality. Incepted in 1995 by professionals and technocrats associated with the laminate industry for over 20 years, IEL started its commercial production with the introduction of various grades of Paper Phenolic, Fabric Phenolic, Copper Clad and Unclad Industrial Laminates as per NEMA LI -1-1983 and IS 2036:1995 Standards respectively. IEL has a pan-India network of dealers and distributors making the availability of its product almost everywhere in the country. IEL is accepted largely throughout the country and abroad as our products meets the highest of standards and specifications required by various industries. IEL has its own in-house laboratory, equipped with modern equipments, which is dedicated towards Quality check and control of our raw materials and the end products. In every working step, there is an independent quality control process by paying careful attention to details, thereby reducing internal rejection rate and maintaining consistency in the quality of laminates. The laboratory also performs various R&D functions to look for the new and better alternatives, and hence providing the customer with better quality experience in terms of its products.
INFRASTRUCTURE
IEL has its head office in the capital city New Delhi, India, which is easily accessible through various modes of transport including Delhi Metro. The office has all the amenities required for smooth functioning of its daily operations.
IEL has a state of the art plant, spread over 4 acres in Sampla, Haryana, with the production capacity of over 1000 tons per annum, is designed to manufacture high quality industrial laminates of all grades. Most of its equipment and machines were designed and manufactured by well established manufacturers spread over India and abroad.
The plant consist of reactors for resin preparation and formulation as per directions and specifications of the customers. The reactor is equipped with sophisticated controls for consistent resin quality.
IEL boasts of its various impregnating and drying systems, including a vertical dryer, having the most efficient and consistent heat transfer medium, thereby maintaining uniformity in production process. IEL also has high pressure hot press and precision cutting tools and machines, providing the best and the finest laminates.
