Sirang co-operative manufacturing started its activity in 1994 with the aim of producing various polypropylene threads with a production capacity of 400 tons per year and with 12 personnel on an area of 70,000 square meters. In order to support the employment of the province and improve livelihoods in the cities of Yazd and Ashkezar and other surrounding towns, the company has increased its production in recent years and currently has 400 direct staff and 2,000 indirectly with the annual production capacity 48,000 tons of polyester and polypropylene threads have been able to introduce itself as one of the most important Middle Eastern textile poles.
