We are progressing during these years. We moved from downtown Foshan to Sihui city in 2002 for a much larger workshop and the annual output has reached 80000 metric tons . We also set a warehouse which is close to the loading port (Huangpu Guangzhou) that spends 1.5 hours by truck.
Sodium silicate is a little bit turbid, odourless, viscous liquid. It has a molar ratio of 3.21 and a total solids content of 38.7\%. It is produced by fusing sand (SiO2) with sodium carbonate which produces solid glass (cullet) and that is calcined with high temperature(1400℃) from the kiln.The glass is then dissolved in water and steam under high pressure which produces the sodium silicate solution also known as water glass. It is widely used in industry as sealants, binders, deflocculants, emulsifiers ， buffers， paper making, cartons, casting,textile, dying, detergents and other cleaning compounds, refractories, cements for ceramic, sizing agent and for making precipitated silica and silica gel.It is commonly used to seal conrete and cement in the feild of construction (under metro, tunnels, bridge works).
