Changshu Juli Grinding Wheel Co., Ltd is located in Haiyu Industrial Park in Changshu City. Connecting closely to Yanjiang Expressway, it enjoys convenient transportation which is only 70 kilometers away from Shanghai.The company was founded in 1974 (formerly known as Changshu City Grinding Wheel Factory, and it restructured itself in 1996). Covering an area of 18700m2 and a construction area of 17500m2, the company now has more than 100 employees. Our company is ranked as a standing director member of China’s Abrasives Association. Our products are selected as Su Zhou’s brand-name products and creditable quality products in Jiangsu Province.
Our main products have four series:
1) Vitrified bonded grinding wheels: external diameter≤1100mm, thickness≤400mm, grain size:16#-W5, linear speed≤60m/s;
2) Grinding wheels for steel ball: external diameter: 660-900mm, thickness: 80-120mm;
3) Rubber bonded grinding wheels and regulating wheels: it adopts the technology of moulded sulfuration, the hardness can reach T Grade and it has good elasticity. The external diameter≤500mm, thickness≤310mm, grain size: 80#-W28;
4) Vitrified and resin bonded diamond grinding wheels and CBN grinding wheels,etc.
The bore diameter of each series of grinding wheels can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
